Friends,

On behalf of the Second Life Tennessee Board of Directors and leadership team, we want to thank you for your support, encouragement, and partnership over the last 12 years. We have accomplished so much good together and will forever be grateful for the lives we, together, were able to impact.

Now, as is often the case, things change.

Over the last several months the Second Life Tennessee (SLTN) leadership and board have met repeatedly to discuss the future and how we can have the greatest impact going forward in the fight to end sex trafficking. In the process, we began to work more closely with a team and organization, Street Grace, with whom we have a cooperative shared history. It became clear to all of us at SLTN that the Street Grace mission, focus, and culture were precisely what we felt most aligned.  Furthermore, it became obvious that it would be most fruitful, productive, and even necessary for us to do all we can to support the work they were launching in TN. After much prayerful consideration, we began the dissolution process of SLTN. It has been an honor to serve with you in this capacity the last 12 years.

I am delighted to also announce that effective today, Jerry Redman (the founder and CEO of SLTN) has accepted the position of Executive Director of Street Grace, Tennessee. Street Grace is a national leader in the fight to end the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). So, while SLTN will cease to exist, the good work and vision of Jerry Redman will continue and will be accelerated in breadth and impact. For this we are exceptionally grateful.

I hope you will join with us as we support the work Street Grace and Jerry will be doing in Chattanooga and throughout the state of Tennessee to #DemandanEnd to CSEC and the trafficking of our children and citizens.

I encourage you to follow Street Grace and keep up with the work being done in TN and around the country by connecting with them below.
